We’re just as excited as your pet is for your order to arrive! 🐾
Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your Real World Paws goodies will reach you.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or big sales), processing may take a little longer — but we promise, it’ll be worth the wait!

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Times

We work with trusted international partners to deliver worldwide.
Typical delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs, postal delays, or local delivery conditions.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear, especially during the initial transit phase — so don’t worry if your package doesn’t show movement right away.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated in 10 days, contact us at support@realworldpaws.comand we’ll investigate for you.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us.
We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Your satisfaction (and your pet’s happiness) is our top priority. 


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout!
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and your package cannot be delivered, Real World Paws is not responsible for replacement or refund.
However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@realworldpaws.com immediately, and we’ll update your info before it goes out.
